As Vice President Corporate Security & Resilience and CSO at Vattenfall Group, Fredrik is based at the global headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden. He is the most senior security and resilience executive, reports directly to the Executive Group Management (EGM) and is responsible for several functions, such as Information & Cyber Security – Physical & Personnel Security – Resilience, Incident Management, Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management – Geopolitics, Intelligence, and Investigations. Fredrik has more than 17 years of experience as an executive leader in large multinational corporations, focusing on strategy, change management, security and resilience. Additionally, he has 14 years of experience in governmental work as military officer, predominantly in the Swedish Special Forces and in the Security, and Intelligence field.
